Shipping Policy

We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India as well as overseas. 

*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
  • We offer free shipping for all domestic orders.
  • Delivery time for shipping is an estimated 3-10 days. Please expect a slight delay due to the COVID-19 pandemic affecting operational abilities. 
  • The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
  • All orders are processed from our warehouse in Jaipur. 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
  • For international orders, a flat fee of USD30/GBP30 per kg. is charged depending on the currency chosen.
  • For international shipments, only Prepaid orders will be processed.
  • The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
  • Customers are requested pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of order delivery. If a customer refuses to pay these charges and therefore delivery is not possible, no refunds will be entertained. You may refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
  • We do not offer any exchange or returns on international shipments. 
  • All international orders undergo an additional layer of quality inspection and in an unlikely event of you receiving a damaged product or for any delivery related queries please immediately reach out to us at care@houmn.com
  • All orders are processed from our warehouse in Jaipur.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY:
  • The order status can be tracked using the order Id on HOUMN website footer “Track You Order” link under “Help.”
  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before it is returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
  • Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle-free delivery.
  • In case of failure to deliver due to incorrect details, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
  • Delivery time for Domestic shipments is 3 to 10 working days and international shipments is 15 to 25 working days.
MODES OF PAYMENT:
  • For Domestic orders, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), Net Banking options across major banks as well as recognized Wallet & UPI options.
  • All prepaid orders are accepted for international shipments.
  • Please Note: As per RBI regulations in India, all credit and debit cards issued in Indian Territory cannot be used for transactions in international currency by default unless overridden by the cardholder explicitly with the bank.
