Houmn adheres to the highest quality standards and takes great care in deliveries. In the rare instance if you are not happy with your purchase, please note below the exchange policy.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 

Your purchase may be eligible for exchange as per the below criteria: 

  • Houmn is eligible for exchange only if the product received is damaged or defective.
  • Houmn will organize a reverse pick-up from the address stated in your invoice.
  • Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.
  • In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a Credit note will be issued for the full amount for the damaged product, which can be used on our website and in stores. Please note that the credit note is valid only for a period of 6 months after being issued.
  • Additionally, if we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup due to unavailability of service to the provided pincode, please send the package back to us at the following address -

  • We are unable to entertain requests to replace products with a different style even if the price is the same.
  • Products are not eligible for returns or exchange unless the product delivered has a quality/manufacturing defect. Please provide an opening video of the product, showing the defect in the video on care@houmn.com. Within 24 hours of the delivery.
  • Products purchased during the sale period / discounted products are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.

  • For Manufacturing defect issues, please provide the order number and image with video of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in.

Our customer care team will investigate and revert within 2 working days.

REFUND POLICY
  • If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria stated above, we will happily exchange and offer a fresh piece.
  • In the rare instance, we are unable to do so, we issue and email a credit note to the registered email address or the e-mail address used while making the purchase.
  • The credit note will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and can be redeemed online.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

In any circumstances, if we are not able to issue the credit note and the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund amount in your account. 

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Cancellation can be requested before your order has been dispatched. For cancellation purposes, contact HOUMN at care@houmn.com and call at +91 7229958260. 
  • Products purchased prior to sale cannot be exchanged during the sale period.
  • Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in stores and vice versa.
  • No refunds are entertained if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping & contact details.
  • No refunds are entertained if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is refused by the recipient.
  • No refunds are entertained for international shipments if the recipient refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and does not collect the order from the Shipping agency.
  • Please ensure that the delivery package received is in good condition and has not been tampered with, before you sign off acceptance.
  • In case of a damaged package, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels, etc.) until our team reviews it. Additionally, please ensure to write “Received Damaged “on the delivery receipt when accepting and signing off with the courier partner.
