1.What secure payment gateway does HOUMN use?
We use Razorpay to process payments, ensuring that your card data is never stored on their server.
2.What should I do if my payment fails?
In case you have received a message of payment failure, you may try to place the order once again. However if your amount has been debited, please do not retry- chances are that your order has already been received to us.
3.Money is debited but I haven't received any confirmation?
Please share your email id and the exact amount charged to us at care@ houmn.com so that we can quickly check at the payment gateway and will inform you accordingly.
4, Can I pay with 2 different credit cards?
Unfortunately we only accept one credit card for payment per order. However, if you wish, you could add all the products you like to your cart, and then purchase them in two or more distinct orders, using different cards or forms of payment
5. What are the accepted payment methods for domestic transactions?
We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions:

EXCHANGE
1.Can I make an exchange?
We offer exchanges only for the same product, within 7 days of receiving the goods that you have purchased. In case your required product is not available, a credit note for the amount spent will be issued to you. You can request an at-home pick-up for your exchange.

You can request an at-home pick-up for your returns and exchanges here. We’ll take care of the rest.
3. How do I exchange or return agift?
In order to initiate a return or an exchange, we require the email ID that was used to make the purchase as well as the order number. If the gift is returned, then we issue a gift card to avoid reaching out to the original buyer. Please write to customer care.
4 When can I expect a credit note?
For all accepted returns, we will issue a credit note immediately after we receive the product from your end which is valid online for six months.
5 What is the return and exchange policy for Sale products?
Any items purchased during the sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Unless you received them in a poor/broken/damaged condition, we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non availability of the product, we will issue you a credit note/refund.
6 What if I receive a damaged product?
Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged.For order issues such as damaged or defective products, please initiate a return/exchange here within 48 hours of receiving the products.
7 What if I receive the wrong product?
In case a wrong product is delivered, please initiate a return/exchange here within 48 hours of receiving the products.
8 What if a product is missing from my order?
In case a product or products are missing from your order, please initiate a return/exchange here within 48 hours of receiving the products.

No, unfortunately, we are unable to modify the products (size/fit/colour) once an order is placed.

We do not take any customization requests. However for slush Fitted bedsheets we may take order, subjected to the availability of fabric and in 100% advance payment.
